Day of Execution - 24 May 2022

Set-Up and Decorating 9 am - 4:30 pm
Set Up DHS Wolf Tunnel (THIS IS S SURPRISE) - pending coordination with Mr. Laraway
Cone off portion of home side parking lot
Food Truck Set Up
Table Rental Set Up

Pre-Ceremony Activities 4:30-5:50 pm
Student and Parent Walk Around the Track to Review their Middle School Years

Student and Families seated between 5:50-6 pm

Completion Ceremony - 6-7:30 pm
Opening Prayer
Star Spangled Banner - request ROTC
Opening Remarks
Introduce Mr. Mummert
Mr Mummert Remarks
Call Students By Name for stage walk and picture - receive goody bag and balloon for release
Closing Remarks

Completion Ceremony Break Bread with Food Trucks - 7:30-9 pm

Clean-Up 9-10pm

The contingency plan is to use the gym - limited access for Family members to attend the ceremony and use of cafeteria to eat afterwards.
